Course Summary

Assisting a buyer on a new home can be a challenge for a real estate agent and varies greatly from a typical resale inspection. The home buyer has high expectations of the finished product and those need to be managed.  Navigating the relationship with the home builder takes an experienced approach with a different purchase agreement, timing milestones and general considerations.

Chad is a seasoned construction expert with 35 years of experience in home building, remodeling, building codes and practices, home inspections, evaluations, and property management. Presently working at Pro-specs home inspection company, continuing to provide education to both consumers and real estate professionals.   As a licensed instructor, he equips real estate agents and brokers with valuable expertise across all areas of the construction industry.
