Join your fellow Realtors® for a morning of advocacy, insight, and connection at our October 16th, Legislative Breakfast from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Check-in and breakfast will begin at 8:15 AM.

State Representative Tarah Probst
Monroe County Commissioners

This is your chance to hear directly from legislators who represent Monroe County and ensure the Realtor® voice is part of the conversation shaping our communities.

Key Topics Include:
• Housing affordability and workforce housing
• Planning, infrastructure, and reducing development barriers
• Community revitalization and tackling blight

The morning will feature a lively panel discussion and audience Q&A.

Special Addition:
Following the legislative roundtable, the Monroe County Commissioners will join the program to address Monroe County’s recent decision to move forward with a countywide reassessment, its potential impact on property owners, and the assessment process moving forward.

Registration and check-in begin at 8:15am Event starts promptly at 9am.

Pricing

PMAR is offering this event for $10 as a member benefit and we anticipate that you are attending if you have reserved a spot. If you are unable to join us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we will have an accurate number for the caterer.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to dottie@poconorealtors.com and will be accepted up to three (3) business days prior to the event. (Please note PMAR business days are Monday – Friday). Failure to cancel by October 13, 2025 will incur a no-show fee of $40.00 to cover the expense of your plate.
