Come and join us for a Cocktail Reception and welcome your 2026 PMAR Officers & Board of Directors.

 Celebrate Monroe County Real Estate Board's 100th Platinum Year Celebration!! 

You can commemorate and network with your peers at the charming Resort at Mountain Springs Lake.  We will have electrifying entertainment by Joe O'Malley.

The Lodge At Mountain Springs Lake

Directions from Interstate Route 80 East or West:

  • Take Exit 299, Tannersville
  • Turn left onto Route 715 South
  • Proceed approximately 2 miles to Mountain Springs Drive (Mountain Springs Lake sign on the right,              Timber’s Pub on the left) and turn right
  • Proceed approximately ¼ mile to the Mountain Springs Lake Resort sign on the right and turn right                through the stone pillars
  • Turn right at the first intersection and right again at the next intersection to The Lodge

Members: $ 40

Non-Members: $ 75

No Show Fee:  $ 75 (to cover the cost of your plate)

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to dottie@poconorealtors.com. Failure to cancel by January 10, 2026 may incur a no-show fee of $75 to cover the expense of your plate.
