This class will be a two-part Buyer Forms & Seller Forms Morning & Afternoon Session March 26.

Your registration covers both sessions.

Member Price:

$75.00 Early Discount Until 3-16-26

$80.00 Regular Price after 3-16-26

Non-Member Price:

$89.00 Early Discount Until 3-16-26

$95.00 Regular Price after 3-16-26

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Cancellations:

If cancelation is made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com

Refunds: will be provided only when written notice is received no less than five (5) days prior to course start date.

Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.

If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.

In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.

There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.

Inclement weather Policy: We will reschedule the class later or offer a refund. Or we may offer the class virtually.

Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
