Description

Real Estate Law is one of the two mandatory courses required by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission before you can sit for your Pennsylvania real estate broker license exam. 

We are pleased to have attorney Alex Shnayder teaching this course designed to give you a better understanding of these topics and help you protect yourself as you take on more responsibility. Some of the topics that will be covered in Real Estate Law include settlement, agreements of sale, deeds, acquired title, financial considerations, documents of financing, and legal terminology. 

This is a 30-hour course and will run on the following five consecutive Tuesdays from 9am-4pm (you must attend all five to receive credit):
