Participants will gain a better understanding of the importance of doing a proper CMA to benefit their client in either establishing a purchase price or a selling price of a property. Participants will also learn and understand the difference between a CMA and an appraisal.

Learn about all of the important information available in the Property Report. It allows you to determine if the property is owner occupied or investor owned.  You will find the Tax Assessed value of the property as well as the property tax totals. Public records are a great way to locate comparable sales for determining a competitive Market Analysis.
