Join the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® on November 18th at Camelback Resort for our Annual Business Meeting as we open the polls for the 2027 Board of Directors Election, reflect on the accomplishments and highlights of 2026, and look ahead to an exciting year of changes and opportunities in 2027.
We are also excited to welcome The Institute to present the Monroe County Housing Needs Assessment.
Commissioned by PMAR, Monroe County, and community partners, the study examines our county’s housing challenges, opportunities, and future needs—and provides practical recommendations for expanding housing options and improving affordability.
After a year of collaboration, we’re excited to share the completed study and begin the next chapter: turning findings into action.

PMAR is offering this event at no cost as a member benefit and we anticipate that you are attending if you have reserved a spot. If you are unable to join us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we will have an accurate number for the caterer.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to dottie@poconorealtors.com and will be accepted up to five (4) business days prior to the event. (Please note PMAR business days are Monday – Friday). Failure to cancel by Thursday, November 12, 2026 prior to the event will incur a no-show fee of $40 to cover the expense of your plate.

Our event will be in meeting room "Camelback C" and our views will be beautiful.
When you enter the main lobby, turn right and there are elevators just past the registration desk and gift shop. Take those to the 4th floor and you will see our event signage.
Registration begins at 8:30 am.
