In the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course, you will learn how to evaluate the existing real estate market.

As the core requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, this course will enable you to:
- Determine the market-based value range of a home.
- Choose the most appropriate comparables for a property.
- Compile a CMA report for proper presentation.
- Collaborate with appraisers.

After you complete the class, you will receive 7 HRs CE Credits. You will also receive an email from CRD with the information to submit your one-time fee of $179.00 for the PSA Certification. There are no renewal fees for this NAR Certification.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.
In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _6___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
Inclement weather Policy: We follow the Stroudsburg School District Policy. If the school is closed, we will reschedule the class later or offer a refund. Or we may offer the class virtually.
Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
