About the Instructor
Daniel M. Perich, CCIM
Daniel M. Perich, CCIM is the Managing Director and Associate Broker of KW Commercial Real Estate in Stroudsburg, PA. He has been a licensed commercial real estate agent since 1998 and received his broker license in 2007. He originally started with Coldwell Banker Commercial then moved to Michael Baxter & Associates where he was the top producing agent several years running. The move to KW Commercial in 2014 offered him more flexibility and leadership opportunities within a nationally recognized company.
Dan specializes in investment sales and analysis. Using his knowledge and expertise in the commercial real estate field, he assists clients and customers in achieving their financial goals and building wealth through investing in real estate.
Utilizing his bachelor’s in education degree from Mansfield University (1990) and keeping with his roots as a previous schoolteacher at Pocono Mountain, Dan offers mentorship training for junior agents as well as hosts a commercial real estate course at the Pocono Real Estate Academy. In 2003, Dan earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is considered the PhD of the commercial and investment real estate industry.

This class will be a two-part series, consisting of two full day sections on March 28 and April 4 . Your registration covers both sessions.
Pocono Real Estate Academy Payment Policies:
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.
In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is __5__: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
Inclement weather Policy: We follow the Stroudsburg School District Policy. If the school is closed, we will reschedule the class later, offer the class virtually or cancel the class.
Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
