REALTOR® Volunteer Storm Relief Training

Help your neighbors when they need it most.

Join PMAR for a hands-on training designed to prepare REALTOR® volunteers to assist in Monroe County residents applying for REALTORS® Relief Foundation storm damage assistance.

This training will give volunteers the knowledge and tools needed to help applicants navigate the process, verify required identification and documentation, and submit complete and accurate applications for review.

What You’ll Learn:

• Understand the REALTORS® Relief Foundation Storm Relief Assistance program and eligibility requirements
• Learn how to properly verify identification and supporting documentation
• Understand what documentation is required for homeowners, renters, and displaced residents
• Recognize missing, inconsistent, or questionable information
• Learn when and how to escalate questions to PMAR
• Protect applicant privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Practice reviewing sample applications and documentation
• Gain confidence in assisting residents with compassion, consistency, and professionalism

No prior experience is required. We will provide the information, resources, and hands-on practice you need to serve as an effective REALTOR® volunteer.
