About this Course
30hrs CE and 2 Broker credits (Mandatory for Brokers Exam)
Real Estate Law is one of the two mandatory courses required by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission before you can sit for your Pennsylvania real estate broker license exam.
Students will complete activities related to ownership and interests, contract law, the real estate transaction process, and leases. License, fair housing, antitrust, and agency laws will also be discussed, along with licensee liability and legal terminology.
This is a 30-hour course and will run on the following Five Consecutive Thursday through the month of October and and three consecutive Wednesdays in November from 6pm-9:45pm (you must attend all classes to receive credit):
• October 3,10,17,24 & 31 Thursdays
• November 6,13 & 20 Wednesdays
About the Instructor
Bradley Warren Weidenbaum is an experienced attorney practicing law in the Pocono region of Pennsylvania. With over 20 years of legal experience, he has represented clients in various areas, including real estate, bankruptcy, and criminal defense matters.
Legal Practice:
Brad, has offices in Easton and Brodheadsville, serving clients in the Pocono Mountains, Lehigh Valley, and throughout Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
His practice areas include:
Real Estate Law: He started his career as a licensed real estate broker and has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including new construction, commercial, and existing home sales. And much more.
He has been an instructor with the Pocono Real Estate Academy since 2010.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.
In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _6___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
