Description
Real Estate Practice satisfies 45 of the 75 hours* required for Real Estate Salespersons Licensing Exam. This course includes real estate business & brokerage, ethical practices, contracts, and more.
If you do not have the Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 15th Edition book, it will be provided on the first day of class if you purchased the book bundle at registration.
Classes will meet from 6:00pm-10:00 pm on the following dates:

*Completion of 30 hour Real Estate Fundamentals Course is also required for eligibility. Courses can be taken in any order.
PREA will be offering the 30 hour Real Estate Fundamentals Course the following month for an additional $275 fee.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
A $25 cancellation fee will apply when written notice of cancelation is received prior and up to the first day of class. Requests to cancel a class should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com .
Refunds Policy:
No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given. In the event of a no-show, the student forfeits their course registration fee. Should the school need to cancel an entire course, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _6___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
