About this Course:
Real Estate Sales encompasses a comprehensive range of strategies and techniques essential for success in the real estate industry. It delves into both fundamental and advanced aspects of real estate sales, equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in this field.
The course covers the development of a versatile prospecting system, encompassing various elements such as spheres of influence, expanded networks, targeted farms, handling For Sale By Owner (FSBO) and expired listings, and the ability to seize unexpected opportunities. Additionally, it addresses listing and selling skills, including the qualification of seller and buyer prospects, effective listing presentations, expert guidance on pricing, and adeptly navigating challenges presented by both sellers and buyers. A key emphasis is placed on ensuring that sellers and buyers receive impeccable service and attention throughout the real estate transaction process.
Real Estate Sales is one of eight CORE courses developed by the PA Real Estate Commission to fulfill one of the 3 CORE course required to obtain your Brokers License with 2 broker credits. This also provides continuing education credits. This also counts for 30 hrs CE

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com .
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. In the event that a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies no refund will be given.
In the event of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund.
The Minimum Number of Students to run this class is 6. If the minimum number of students is not met 5 days prior to class; the class may be cancelled. Should the school need to cancel a class, participants will be entitled to a full refund
