About this Course:
This is a 2 day course Offered 9am to 5pm both 10-10-23 & 10-11-23. This counts towards as an elective for your broker license 1 broker credit. 14 hours of CE for renewal, this does not include the mandatory 2022-2024 PA Real Estate Commission requirement.
This property management class is designed exclusively for real estate agents, offering comprehensive training in the vital aspects of managing rental properties. Agents will gain valuable insights into property marketing, tenant screening, lease agreements, and maintenance coordination to excel in their role as property managers.
After taking this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify quality tenants, as well as those who are poor risks;
- Develop an effective property management system;
- Understand lease contracts and management contracts
- Predict/prevent potential management problems
- Understand the Fair Housing Policy as it relates to landlord/tenant and avoid accidental violations
- Evaluate real estate investment opportunities from a management perspective
