Code of Ethics for Existing Members: This course meets the Code of Ethics training requirement for NAR Cycle 7. Deadline is December 31, 2024 and due every three years.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Tiffanie Bailey Romey
Tiffanie Bailey Romey serves as the Past-President of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. She has served on the Board since 2019 and has been a member of Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS® since 2005.
Tiffanie has been a REALTOR® for 19 years and has served on multiple committees during her membership. She currently serves as the Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, in addition to her ex-officio status on all PMAR Committees
Tiffanie is the broker of Bairo Real Estate with offices in Allentown & Bartonsville in Pennsylvania as well as Queens, NY and Atlanta, GA. She holds a bachelor's degree in marketing/business. Tiffanie speaks four languages, including Arabic, French, Italian and Spanish. As Board President, a broker, and a descendent of an accomplished Tuskegee Airman (her grandfather) she understands multicultural families and the role real estate has in developing generational wealth.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.
In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _8___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
