Description
Real Estate Fundamentals satisfies 30 of the 75 hours* required for Real Estate Salespersons Licensing Exam. This course includes real property, property interests, contracts, ownership, land use, Pennsylvania license law, and Pennsylvania brokerage.
Class will meet from 6pm-10pm on the following evenings:

Tuesday, September 13
Thursday, September 15
Tuesday, September 20
Thursday, September 22
Tuesday, September 27
Thursday, September 29 - Final Exam (In PREA Classroom)
*Completion of 45 hour Practice Course is also required for eligibility. PREA will be offering the Practice course separately for an additional fee.
