Description
Real Estate Fundamentals satisfies 30 of the 75 hours* required for Real Estate Salespersons Licensing Exam. This course includes real estate business & brokerage, ethical practices, contracts, and more.
Classes will meet from 6:00pm-10:00 pm on the following evenings:

Wednesday, June 10, 2026
Monday, June 15, 2026
Wednesday, June 17, 2026 Final In Person for ALL STUDENTS including Live Stream Students.
The 45-Hour Class will be offered at PREA in a different month for an additional fee.

Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
A $25 cancellation fee will apply when written notice of cancelation is received prior and up to the first day of class. Requests to cancel a class should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com .
Refunds Policy:
No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given. Should the school need to cancel an entire course, participants will be entitled to a full refund. In the event of a no-show, the student forfeits their course registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _6___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
