Code of Ethics for Existing Members: This course meets the Code of Ethics training requirement for NAR Cycle 7. Deadline is December 31, 2024 and due every three years.

Instructor Information
Christina Cardone
Christina Cardone has been a REALTOR for 20 years. Christina works at Keller Williams Real Estate in Media with her family team. She specializes in working with Residential Buyers and Sellers, Seniors, Distressed Properties and Rentals. She was Regional Short Sale Director with Significa Short Sales for 3 years.
She is currently a Director at the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and a past chair of PAR’s Standard Forms Oversight Committee (2020). Christina has previously been a Director for the National Association of Realtors as well as her local association.
Christina is also a licensed instructor for several CE and designation courses including SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), Bias Override, and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
In her spare time Christina enjoys knitting, gardening, and riding her e-bike.

VIRTUAL CLASS POLICY- ALL STUDENTS MUST BE STATIONARY AND HAVE THEIR CAMERA ON AT ALL TIMES
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Refunds, minus a $25 cancellation fee will be made only when written notice is provided no less than five (5) days prior to course start date. Requests can be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com.
Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to course start date may receive partial credit toward a future class at the discretion of the Director. Requests should be sent to dawn@poconorealtors.com
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. If a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies, no refund will be given.
In case of a no show, the student forfeits their registration fee.
There will be a processing fee of $40.00 for returned checks.
The Minimum Number of Students needed for this class is _8___: If the minimum students are not met 5 days prior to class the class may be cancelled.
